Terms

What PianoRoute is

PianoRoute is a free guide to learning the piano. It organises links to lessons, scores, videos and apps that other people publish, and builds practice plans around them. It is offered as it is, without payment and without guarantees.

Linked resources belong to their creators

• PianoRoute does not host or copy the resources it lists. Each one stays on its own site, under its creator's terms and licence.
• PianoRoute checks links regularly but cannot promise that a linked site is available, accurate or free of charge. Costs are shown as free, free with paid extras, or paid, as best known.
• If you own a resource and want it changed or removed from PianoRoute, say so through the feedback form.

Practice plans are guidance

Levels, plans, time estimates and tips are suggestions, not teaching from a qualified teacher. Practise at a pace that feels comfortable, take breaks, and stop if anything hurts.

Accounts

• You need to be 16 or older to have an account.
• Keep to fair use: no automated scraping that strains the site, no attempts to break its security, and no abusive feedback or spam suggestions.
• An account that breaks these terms may be closed. You can close yours at any time on your account page.

What you send

When you suggest a link or send feedback, you agree that PianoRoute may use it to improve the site, including publishing a suggested link in the catalog. Only send links to material that is offered legally by its owner.

Privacy

How your data is handled is described on the privacy page.
